Keys to Success

Success requires deep experience with front-end engineering: feasibility / conceptual design related activities and a track record of following projects through execution. Fieldwork knowledge and experience is also important; a lot of the work we win is conceptual at first and is followed through execution into operations.

In addition, you will be successful in this role if you:
  • Thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Excel at big picture thinking, structured fact-based decision making, and have a deep commitment to work projects from concept through the details
  • Understand the value of contributing to the engineering community, and value feedback and review.
  • Can develop and guide deliverables on your own or by others.
  • Are excited and enjoy working hard and making high impact contributions.
  • Are eager to help our company grow.
  • Roll up your sleeves and solve problems in a very structured process.
  • Take true ownership and drive things to completion.
Finally, there are two qualities that are essential to your success in this environment. The first is being an avid, voracious learner. You're not looking to be taught; rather you seek out what you should be learning to add value to the company and our customers.  You are driven to understand why things work the way they do. You're someone who will always figure it out. Secondly, you are someone who innately wants to contribute and continually looks for ways to do so.
